The session highlights practical ways to create time, spaces and digital opportunities for peer learning, while emphasising trust, reflection and shared practice as key conditions for sustainable mentoring.

The aim of the webinar is to explore how peer mentoring can be used to strengthen teacher professional development, collaboration, and wellbeing in schools. Participants will be introduced to a range of peer mentoring approaches, including early-career mentoring, co-teaching models, informal learning practices, eTwinning collaborations, and international exchanges. The session will invite reflection on how time, physical and digital spaces, and digital tools can enable meaningful peer learning. The session will highlight the role of trust, reflective dialogue, and shared professional practice in sustaining peer mentoring over time.
