The European Commission has published a new update of DigComp to reflect significant technological and societal developments since the previous version published in 2022.
What's new in DigComp 3.0?
While the structure of the competence framework, it introduces content developments, including a new set of learning outcomes. The update integrates on:
- Artificial intelligences competencies
- Cybersecurity and safety competence
- Digital rights, choice and responsibilities
- Wellbeing and inclusion in digital environments
- Competence to tackle misinformation and disinformation.
