“Digital Games for Sustainable Cities”
We are excited to announce the successful completion of “Digital Games for Sustainable Cities”, a project designed to raise awareness among gifted students about building sustainable cities and communities through digital game-based learning.
The project introduced a digital game that engages students in tasks such as reducing carbon footprints, managing natural resources, improving energy efficiency, planning green spaces, and preserving cultural heritage. Students developed strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills while learning about sustainable urban planning.
By involving students as active participants, collecting their feedback, and revising the game accordingly, the project created an interactive and meaningful learning experience. Teachers also received guidance materials to integrate the game into classroom learning.
This initiative successfully increased environmental awareness and fostered a sense of responsibility in young learners, preparing them to become conscious citizens of the future.
