Hello. It may be too late to submit the following idea, but I think we should consider the importance of the post-hackathon phase. I am thinking of the "institutionalisation" phase (this is a concept used in French pedagogical studies).

"The institutionalisation phase is generally carried out together with the whole class. It consists of going back over the different phases of the teaching sequence in order to highlight the important learning to have acquired. The institutionalisation can be done in a frontal way, in discussion, or even by questioning the pupils to allow them to take a step back on their learning.
