Openness and willingness to be part of the advisory group can be voiced in the profile by any registered community member
This can be voiced and withdrawn at any point in time by the user in their profile
From this pool of potential advisory group members, every 12 months a random selection takes place to assign willing community members to this advisory group for a mandate of the running calendar year. However random the selection is, it is weighted to accommodate a relative balance in gender, geographical distribution, and role/sector (students, teachers, societal stakeholders, institutional stakeholders).
We envisage the Board to have 25 members for which the balance across the abovementioned categories is dimensionally held true throughout the succession of 3 Boards.
