Please, trust in children's mindsets and flow with them. They can rule a country (by the way have thought about why they still have no right to vote?), start up a climate ethical olive oil company (I am cooperating right now with a Montessori school in Eichstätt which 12 years old students are running this) and even explore a black hole from inside. Let's listen to them carefully and attend to their ideas. To found a Children's Board in your school is a way to co-create and reconnect your institution from the scratch and synchronize with their perceptions, needs, interests, and motivations (not adult ones), especially Climate Change ones.
