Do you have opinions or visions for the role of our education systems in the societal transformation towards climate justice?

Then it'd be great to have you at our Youth Dialogue with the Swedish Presidency!

We will explore questions such as: How do you, as a young person, want to see climate change and sustainability included in your education? Which skills do we need in times of climate crisis? How can the Council of the European Union implement these priorities of young people?

In light of the European Year of Skills 2023, we will bring together a panel of Council actors under the Swedish Presidency, and young people to discuss climate education:

? Stina Söderqvist, Member of the Swedish Delegation for the UNFCCC and National Focal Point for ACE;

? Dr. Jan Dusík, Director General for Climate Protection at the Czech Ministry of the Environment;

? Axel Eriksson, Swedish UN Youth Delegate in the UNFCCC, Swedish Youth Council;

? Helene Andersson, Chair of the Climate Students Sweden;

? Emily Bankert, Education & Skills Coordinator, Generation Climate Europe.

? Join us on 17 May, 17.00 CET for an interactive dialogue. You can register via: https://lnkd.in/eVPKZf6Y

Very interesting Emily, thank you to share this with the community. I would be very interested to learn more about it and in particular about the outcome expected. That is very likely to also interest you Valeria NAPOLI
