Climate for All’s free online Facilitator Training Course isn’t just another climate-education programme — it’s a movement builder. It’s designed for teachers, youth workers, community organisers, and lifelong learners who want to turn the urgency of climate change into meaningful local action.
Over interactive modules, learners get hands-on with the GreenComp framework, discover how to facilitate game-based workshops that guide others through the cycle: play → reflect → map → act, and adapt tools to diverse, local contexts. The course draws on a global research & games database (115+ games), inclusive design, and proven pedagogies so facilitators leave confident to empower others.
Climate for All sees a future already in motion—a future built not with fear, but with joy, courage and creativity. In a world overwhelmed by crises, we chose to respond with play. We turned climate competences into games, fear into fun, and isolation into community. Through stories, strategy and shared imagination, we are helping people not only understand the world—but believe they can change it.
Our initiative invites everyone, everywhere, to step into action. No gatekeepers. No degrees required. Just curiosity, care, and a game to get started. From a kitchen table in Kraków to a university in Mauritius, anyone can host a workshop that builds skills and sparks transformation.
Climate for All is not a campaign—it’s a movement growing game by game, facilitator by facilitator, community by community. We don’t just teach sustainability. We make it playable. Replicable. Human. We invite you to recognise a simple truth: that the future belongs to those who dare to reimagine it—and invite others to play along.
