Here is an exam subject shared on Linkedin by Matthew Pye, who teaches the course on "Sustainability and Active Citizenship" in the European Schools (link to the syllabus).
This puts sustainability competence literacy at an excellent level!
- In the first year of the two-year course (1h30 lessons per week), students learn about the systems thinking level of the crisis (both natural and human sciences).
- In the second year of the course, they research, design and implement a project that is informed by this level of understanding in collaboration with experts and the community.
