Participation in the #MyClimateAction Competition - Santo Domingo Savio School, Úbeda (Spain)

7th grade (1st ESO) students took part in the #MyClimateAction Contest in support of the UN ActNow campaign.

With the topic "Together for implementation",  the COP27 (held in Egypt from 6 November to 18 November) took on an incredibly challenging agenda: loss and damage, adaptation, implementation and climate finance

The last COP 26 held in Glasgow in November 2021 certified that we are facing a critical decade in which further action and implementation of the commitments made is imperative.

"We invite people to show us their climate action and inspire others. Because when we come together, we have much more power to influence change," says Nanette Braun, UN campaigns director.

It's time for people to show how we can all work and fight together for a better future for our planet.

The photos selected to participate in this competition were:

7th Grade Class A

Title: Camino Verde (Green Way) by Mario and Alejandro

If we are attentive to our surroundings, we will see how nature teaches us the way.

7th Grade Class B

Title: Dos Direcciones (Two Directions) by José Antonio, Hugo and Gabriel.

The choice is up to you: look towards a sustainable future or continue to drown the planet.

Don Bosco Green Alliance is an international Green Movement of people from the Salesian Family institutions founded by John Bosco.
But, before my school started to be part last year, we used the platform https://www.donboscogreen.org/,
which has a collection of Green Alliance documents to download, resources, activity guides and many more, for some of our projects on eTwinning
