Feedback prototyping platform experience

Hi, today my partner who works on UX stuff had a quick look at the website and left some suggestions on the Miro board (check under my name). Most comments regard making better use of space and increasing consistency so the platform is easier to use and users understand more quickly where they need to go to find their content. We're very happy to see that you are now planning a prototyping meeting too. Will there be a professional designer joining or will it be a co-design event with users of the website? We still think more work and thinking is needed for the menu at the top (see comment in Miro). It may be worth having a professional designer look at the website for just one day or join the prototyping meeting to help make things clearer in the menu and on the landing page in general.

Hello, I've been looking at the platform and I feel totally lost. I think that little by little I'll become familiar with it, but at the moment it has too many sections sometimes I don't know what its function is.
I totally agree with Iselin on the need to clarify the menu at the top. Some webinars are a great idea to clear things up.

We are working indeed on clustering all feedback in order to make the onboarding and the contribution easier. We just started that collective process and will be working on it in July. We also are working on a welcome page "How to use the platform and contribute to the community". This will be also discussed during this event. Please join.
