La Fédération européenne des employeurs de l'éducation, en collaboration avec le groupe belge d'enseignement GO!, présentera les résultats de son enquête pluriannuelle sur la gestion du temps de travail des professeurs des établissements primaire et secondaire de l'Union européenne, à Bruxelles, fin novembre. Le rapport sera bientôt disponible en ligne sur le site de l'EFEE.

De Europese Federatie van Werkgevers in het Onderwijs (EFEE), in samenwerking met de Belgische onderwijsgroep GO!, zal eind november in Brussel de resultaten presenteren van haar meerjarenonderzoek naar arbeidstijdmanagement voor leerkrachten in het basis- en secundair onderwijs in de Europese Unie. Het rapport zal binnenkort online beschikbaar zijn op de website van EFEE.

🌍📚 Today, EFEE was organising the Final Conference of the hashtag#ESMTT Project in Brussels! This milestone event brought together key stakeholders to explore the evolving nature of teachers’ working time amid the green and digital transitions in education.

📈🌱 The ‘Effective School Management in Twin Transition’ (ESMTT) project addresses the challenges posed by these transitions, aiming to foster efficient and equitable management of teachers’ workloads. By collecting and analysing best practices across EU member states, the project offers insights into optimising working time systems for educators.
