Climate change [European Youth Event 2023]

This note is provided by the European Parliament Reasearch Service (EPRS) in preparation of the European Youth Event that will bring together thousands of young people in the European Parliament in Strasbourg, on 9 and 10 June 2023, to share ideas about the future of Europe. This is an introduction to one of the major topics to be discussed during the EYE event. It offers an overview of the main lines of EU action and policy in the area, and aims to act as a starting point for discussions during the event.
