Do you think that making school routes and school environments should be safe enough so that children and their parents can walk and cycle there comfortably and car(e)free ?
This is exactly the aim of Schools Count!, a project that relies on a citizen-science basis (with citizen-based data collection) and a participatory approach that will certainly interest EducationForClimate Community members.
Learn more about it with Glenn Godin, project officer on sustainable mobility at Mobiel 21, the Belgian NGO encouraging people to look at mobility differently and to move more actively that promoted this very interesting project which was among the winners of the 2023 EducationForClimate call on innovative green education actions.
