This is very good news! I wondered whether GreenComp would be translated back when it was released. I would suggest a challenge that translates the different competencies into practical educational activities, adapted to various age groups. (like the examples featured in the case studies). I think many teachers already have very relevant initiatives that need only be correlated with the concepts in the framework.
I have a question! Is the GreenComp document set in stone? Was it translated by paying independent translators? If an edit were made, would all 24 translations have to be retranslated? Or was it translated using a modern translation software, so that if an edit is made, it is easy to update all of the documents, with minimal work? If so, what translation software was used?

Dear Christopher. GreenComp was translated into all the official languages of the EU by the European Commission translation services. They are human translations therefore. Kind regards, Marcelino Cabrera

Meaning it is not that difficult to make changes, once budgetary approval is given to use the service.
