Learning for sustainability and digital education: synergies, challenges and opportunities

If you are interested in digital AND sustainable education, this is a survey for you!

As you can read, the survey title is "Learning for sustainability and digital education: synergies, challenges and opportunities", which sums it up pretty nicely. It concerns the European Commission study on the green and digital agendas in school education that is going on and which conclusions will be released next year.

This topic at stake is a very important one to my view. We need indeed to better understand the possible synergies but also the tensions between the 2 agendas: we need to avoid overcomplicating things and particularly teacher's mission which is already very complex, we must foster transversality, increase impact, but also acknowledge differences.

The study is very timely as green and digital agendas are more than ever on the radar of policy makers across Europe (and beyond). It is the right time to make some recommendations in terms of policy making around the nexus between digital and green transition in education to help change happen at systemic level.

So have your say, and share with us your experience and knowledge, that will be highly appreciated!

Everybody knows that digital learning is highly interactive and attract the students' attention, which can expressively enhance their learning effectiveness.
Then, let's use "this powerful tool" to teach Environmental Education in a more organic and effective way and also encourage our students to develop a more mature, proactive and conscious approach to environmental protection and management.

Interesting survey 👏👏👏
I filled it out with an eTwinning project (2020), which was a real challenge for some of the teachers involved as we had to use mostly digital competence in the different activities.
If it was possible I'd like to have information about the results of the survey
