1°) In Larnaca, the European Federation of Education Employers  had the opportunity to present the results of a survey on the time management of teachers in the context of the green transition. It was found that the twin transition had already been implemented for approximately 2 to 4 years by teams operating in a highly horizontal manner, primarily funded by European and national grants. The primary skill of the leaders appears to be having a strategic vision, as well as demonstrating listening skills and teamwork.

2°) We visited Perivolia School (http://dim-perivolia-lar.schools.ac.cy/), which provided a good example of work related to the poetic, religious, and agricultural theme of seeds. Panayiotis Champas, currently in Brussels to combat GMOs, distributed copies of his booklet The journey of...traditional seeds. The school is a tenant of a seaside property where students grow shrubs.

3°)The Cypriot government has strengthened the connection between nature observatories and educational centers. Environmental education centers thus enable teachers to conduct almost turnkey field trips with site visits, nature museums, and observation laboratories. An interesting and concrete example of involvement.

"Sustainable" is conceived as a broad term involving the entire community, with a strong emphasis on the local level.
