Summer time and climate education actions!

In the spotlight

We will soon move to our summer quarters, taking a break from publishing our newsletter in August. The break is the ideal time to share with us your innovative green education actions.

Our call is awaiting for your contribution. Remember you have until 10 September to contribute.

It is also the right time to share with us your summer reading list (books, papers, articles, games, webpages, materials, etc.) for climate education!

We wish you all an excellent summer break, away from extreme weather events that are now unfortunately becoming more common and severe here and there. Take care.

Looking forward to seeing you in September with a new bulletin!

A biodiversity-inclusive circular economy
By maintaining the value of products, materials and other resources in the economy for as long as possible, enhancing their efficient use in production and consumption, and returning them to the product cycle at the end of their life, circular economy measures reduce the need for resource extraction and reduce waste, which can help reduce the current rate of biodiversity loss. These two principles are commonly covered when discussing circular economy measures and strategies (Figure 3). https://www.eea.europa.eu/publications/the-benefits-to-biodiversity/the…
