We are looking for 20 young people (from 16 to 25 years old) with diverse learning backgrounds who would like to analyse and propose practical solutions to an existing climate-related issue that can be implemented by interested stakeholders.

Developing a cross-disciplinary sustainability course for secondary school 

Attention, community members are seeking your help! 

This urgent challenge empowers learners to tackle the environmental crisis by developing an optional cross-disciplinary course intended for the 2 last years of secondary school. 
As participants in this challenge, you will be part of the co-creation process of this course programme. That is unique! 

• You have until  noon on 09/12/2022 to bring in your learning approach inputs on the 4 parts of the new syllabus. 
• From 12/12/2022, we will brainstorming the most suitable title for it!

Alături de noi va fi Andrei Covatariu, expert în domeniu energiei și schimbărilor climatice. El este cofondatorul ECERA, o platforma pentru practicienii din domeniul sustenabilității, și co-chair în cadrul Task Forceului pentru Digitalizare in Energie, în cadrul Comisiei Economice a Națiunilor Unite din Europa. 

În discuția de miercuri ne va ajuta să înțelegem ce presupune digitalizarea și soluțiile pe care acest proces le aduce adaptării și ameliorării schimbărilor climatice.

New Teaching Material - Act Now for the UN Sustainable Development Goals 

In the community member’s project, 20 teachers from 12 countries have worked for over two years and developed concrete hands-on examples with practical instructions on how to integrate the 17 UN Sustainable Development Goals into STEM lessons. 

The texts were written by the teachers themselves. Just as Europe is heterogeneous, the individual teaching units also differ in their writing style and structure depending on the group of authors.
