Developing a cross-disciplinary sustainability course for secondary school

In school, we are used to studying individual topics, that have little to do with each other. With climate change, there are numerous interactions between all parts of the system. 

Knowing how to care for ourselves and care for our planet is part of the same learning process.

If only people knew how bad climate change already is, how many tipping points we have crossed, how many species we have lost, and what happened in the past, then we would all act differently.
