The Secretariat's Role

 

As Education for Climate community managers, we 

  • moderate and make sure that community interactions and conversations happen in a safe place 

  • create and assign participatory challenges based on converging community conversations based on the participatory challenge flow

  • convert challenge output into knowledge library content based on co-validation process 

  • ensure that Advisory GroupNational Coalition, Companion, and Reviewer interactions are fed into main platform engagement continuously and appropriately 

  • support, facilitate and highlight participatory challenge and community events 

  • curate community newsletter, platform activity stream, featured content and dashboards 

  • manage taxonomies & check their proper application – we will host update challenges from time to time to adapt the taxonomies to the community’s needs 

  • assign praise and recognition tags where applicable 

  • collect member feedback regularly 

  • support help desk operations
