As Education for Climate community managers, we
moderate and make sure that community interactions and conversations happen in a safe place
create and assign participatory challenges based on converging community conversations based on the participatory challenge flow
convert challenge output into knowledge library content based on co-validation process
ensure that Advisory Group, National Coalition, Companion, and Reviewer interactions are fed into main platform engagement continuously and appropriately
support, facilitate and highlight participatory challenge and community events
curate community newsletter, platform activity stream, featured content and dashboards
manage taxonomies & check their proper application – we will host update challenges from time to time to adapt the taxonomies to the community’s needs
assign praise and recognition tags where applicable
collect member feedback regularly
support help desk operations
